Returns Policy : Goods must be returned within 28 Days of receipt, for a full refund items must be returned in a resaleable condition with any wrap still intact, goods must be returned using the specified returns address. Goods returned after 28 days will not be accepted unless faulty and Red Racer reserve the right to send back these items.
If you return goods then you are repsonsible for the costs incurred in returning the item, and the returned goods until they reach us. We strongly reccomend that you obtain proof of posting from your Post Office.
Refunds : We require 5 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund.Please allow a further 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside our control.Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase.
If you have not received your refund and have allowed for the given timescale please contact us.
Damages : Red Racer is not responsible for any damages caused by the purchase of an order or use of an order once it has arrived. The buyer accepts full responsibility for any and all purchases he/she makes within the shop and the use of any such purchase after the item has been dispatched.
Personal Information : The submission of personal information such as names, addresses and contact information is stored within our database whenever an account or purchase is made. By signing up to this shop and by making any such purchases, you are agreeing that Red Racer is allowed to keep such information for future use, this includes but is not limited to being added to the shops mailing list. No personal information is given or sold to third parties.
Legal issues : Red Racer is not responsible for any legal issues that may arise from any unlawful actions carried out by its customers, this includes but is not limited to a customer entering false information in order to purchase an item that he/she is not legally old enough to obtain, or if a person under the age of 18 acquires an item from the shop through a person that is legally recognised as an adult.
